Our Board

Patrick is a 1971 graduate of NHS and attended all grades 1 through 12 at Natalia ISD. After high school, Patrick attended San Antonio College prior to becoming a member of the US Army. Patrick served in the US Army Security Agency Pacific Theater. While stationed in Okinawa Japan, Patrick attended the University of Maryland Oversees Division, majoring in business administration. After leaving the Army, Patrick spent 20 years working for Stewart & Stevenson/Detroit Diesel Corp. as a plant manager, then leaving to start his second career with a major Housing Authority where he held the position of Director of Procurement and Contract Administration, Director of Energy Initiatives and was also responsible for Fleet and Facilities operations.

In addition to his career, Patrick has spent over 40 years as a volunteer Paramedic and currently works as District Chief of Operations for Allegiance Mobile Health - Medina & Frio Counties.
